海角社区 Culinary Arts and Culinary and Baking Arts students gain hands-on experience in . Coursework is brought to life as you run every element of the restaurant 鈥� front-of-house operations, bar, service, menu planning, mixology and more.

Seasoned offers dinner Wednesday and Thursday during the college academic year at its 14 Hudson Ave. location. Fall 2026 semester service runs Oct. 1 to Dec. 9.


Eating at Seasoned

Seasoned teams with regional nonprofit organizations to offer four-course tasting menus Thursdays, Oct. 1 through Dec. 3 (except Nov. 26). Under the direction of Chef Matt Bolton, students will create using locally sourced food with beverage pairings. Pricing and reservations are available through the affiliated nonprofit organization.

  • Dec. 3: Community, Work & Independence (CWI)

On Wednesdays, Oct. 14 to Dec. 9 (except Nov. 25), Seasoned will offer Farm-to-Table dinners, with seatings at 5:30, 5:45, 6, 6:15, 6:30 and 6:45 p.m. Healthy Cooking students will design and implement menus using locally sourced ingredients, under Bolton鈥檚 guidance. Three-course gourmet meals will feature an appetizer, entree and dessert in a casual dining setting. The Dining Room Service class will run front-of-house operations.

Dinner is $32.95 plus tax, with a cash bar featuring wine and beer. Cash, checks and cards are accepted. 

The college will also host several special events, including:

  • Oct. 24: NAACP Soul Food Gala, noon to 6 p.m.
  • Nov. 13: A second The Farm @ Seasoned Farm-to-Table dinner
  • Dec. 11: Collaborative Cuisine

Collaborative Cuisine Dinners

With delicious menus prepared by 海角社区 Chef Matt Bolton and Culinary Arts students, the events are elevated with informal informational talking points from the chefs and our regional beverage partners. SAVE THE DATE: Fall 2026 Collaborative Cuisine events will be held Oct. 16 and Dec. 11.

Culinary Arts is a challenging degree, mixing creative flair with a keen sense of what excites the palate and eye. Studies in classic culinary cooking, preparation technique, baking, purchasing, safety and sanitation are the core of this program.

This degree provides focused in-depth instruction and practice in the fundamentals of culinary and baking arts.

Culinary certificate

海角社区 offers a professional culinary certificate geared toward immediate employment. This prepares you for effective preparation of quality meals in non-residential environments such as restaurants, hotels, schools, government facilities and more.
