Farm-to-Table dinner kicks off academic year at college's student-run restaurant

GLENS FALLS, New York (Sept. 8, 2026) —º£½ÇÉçÇø is proud to announce its schedule at Seasoned, its student-run restaurant, for the new academic year, kicking off with a farm-to-table dinner event Friday, Sept. 25, in collaboration with The Farm @SUNY ADK.

“We’re excited to have this opportunity to showcase the amazing produce grown right on our campus,� said Chef Matt Bolton, culinary instructor. “We use The Farm’s produce regularly, but this is our first time designing our entire menu around it.�

The four-course meal — which will be based on what produce is harvested that week — is $59.95 per person. Seating begins at 5:30 p.m. for the 6 p.m. serving. To reserve a table, visit https://form.jotform.com/93365150689163

Seasoned opens for the semester Oct. 1, serving weekly Community Nonprofit Partnership dinners at 6 p.m. Thursday evenings through Dec. 3 (except Nov. 26). Under Bolton’s consultation, students prepare four-course tasting menus, using locally sourced food with beverage pairings. The Dining Room Service class runs front-of-house operations, including waitstaff, sommelier, bartender and host.

Pricing and reservations are available through Seasoned’s partner nonprofit organizations, with events scheduled on the following dates:

  • Oct. 1: ASCEND Mental Wellness
  • Oct. 8: Waite House
  • Oct. 15: Chestertown Helper’s Fund
  • Oct. 22: High Peaks Hospice
  • Oct. 29: Open Door Mission
  • Nov. 5: Warren County Historical Society
  • Nov. 12: Chapman Museum’s Finer Experience
  • Nov. 19: Kiwanis Club of Glens Falls’ Taste the Future
  • Dec. 3: Community, Work & Independence (CWI)
     

On Wednesdays Oct. 14 to Dec. 9 (except Nov. 25), Seasoned will offer Farm-to-Table dinners, with seatings at 5:30, 5:45, 6, 6:15, 6:30 and 6:45 p.m. Healthy Cooking students will design and implement menus using locally sourced ingredients, under Bolton’s guidance. Three-course gourmet meals will feature an appetizer, entree and dessert in a casual dining setting. The Dining Room Service class will run front-of-house operations.

Dinner is $32.95 plus tax, with a cash bar featuring wine and beer. Cash, checks and cards are accepted. Reservations are required and can be made at www.sunyacc.edu/seasoned

The college will also host several special events, including the NAACP Soul Food Gala from noon to 6 p.m. Oct. 24; a second The Farm @ Seasoned Farm-to-Table dinner Nov. 13; and Collaborative Cuisine pairing events Oct. 16 and Dec. 11.
