Who may be eligible for Work-Study?
Federal Work-Study is for students who demonstrate financial need and meet federal aid requirements. Both full-time and part-time students may be eligible, but funding and positions are limited. Completing the FAFSA does not guarantee a Work-Study award or a job.

How does Work-Study pay work?
At 海角社区, students with Work-Study jobs receive paychecks every two weeks. Earnings are not automatically applied to the college bill, so plan separately for any tuition or fees you owe. Work-Study earnings generally do not count against you when eligibility for federal student aid is calculated for the following year.

Work-Study questions
Do I have to find a job after receiving a Work-Study award? Yes. An award means you may be eligible to earn up to the offered amount; you must obtain a position and work to receive wages. Contact Financial Aid for help finding the current application process.
Can I receive Work-Study if I attend part time? You may be eligible. Ask Financial Aid to review your individual eligibility and available positions.
Does Work-Study reduce my future financial aid? Work-Study earnings generally do not count against you in the following year鈥檚 federal aid calculation. Ask Financial Aid how this applies to your situation.
